HIRE + CONTRACT HIRE
RT Machinery offers its commercial customer base a preferential hire facility based on service and quality products. Our customers can be assured that the equipment they hire will not let them down. They will receive good advice on the appropriate plant, safety procedures and usage.
Payment + ID
Deposits and payments by approved credit account (subject to status and company approval) debit card, Visa or Mastercard supported by proof of identification. all arrangements can be made by telephone providing a suitable deposit can be made by approved credit card.
Delivery + Collection
RT Machinery Ltd offers its prompt and speedy delivery and/or collection service for all our listed items. Not only does this remove the possible safety or damage problems of using your own vehicle to transport goods, but also the benefit of allowing you more time to concentrate on the job at hand. Special rates for delivery and collection will be quoted upon request and are extra to the hire charge.
Safety + Maintenance
All items are tested and cleaned prior to every hire and are expected to be returned clean and undamaged. All cleaning or repair charges caused by negligent use of equipment will be charged extra.
Resale + Replacement
All products or parts supplied for use with your hire equipment are available on a sale or return basis. Goods returned unused (excluding part opened) will not be charged for. We recommend that an over-estimate when ordering is beneficial. All prices quoted will be per item unless otherwise stated.

Our range of equipment is constantly under review, so if you do not see the item(s) you require then please ask.

Hire Rates + Contract Terms
All rates listed and prices quoted do not include VAT. VAT is payable on all hire and sale items at the current rate. All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Insurance Cover
Please note that it is the hirers’ responsibility to insure the equipment, you are advised to inform your own insurers of hires you are undertaking. Hire contract terms and conditions are available on request and are printed on the reverse of all our contracts and invoices.

RT Machinery Ltd Offers and operates this service of hire to preferred clients only. We reserve the right to decline hire to non-credit account holders, non-industry specific clients or those enquirers not local or one of our bona fide preferred client prospective accounts.
