We are very happy to deliver outside Mainland UK, but delivery costs will be quoted upon receipt of order. In most cases, the standard service on orders received before 4pm for delivery to addresses in Mainland UK is that the goods will be delivered within 5 working days, i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
To ensure a next day delivery to an address in Mainland UK, you should ask for the next day option. Most deliveries are done by post or contracted carrier. Our delivery carriers are usually willing to leave items in a safe place if you are out. Please use the Comments Box at the checkout when ordering to specify a location, but note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items as a result of being left unattended based on your instructions.
All the machinery we sell online is brand new, but before delivery it will have been built up and fully tested, being subject to a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). This means there may be traces of oil or fuel and very minor signs of use on your machine, and it may not be in its original box. Items are often also repackaged to ensure safe delivery. If you have any concerns about this, please do contact us.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. If the box is damaged please sign for it, clearly stating ‘received damaged’.
