We are a team of enthusiastic, friendly specialists with the genuine desire to provide you with a quality service, as well as value for money in all your Groundcare and Lawncare needs.
We want you to feel confident that you have the right machine for your needs and that you get the best results from your machine while you own it, so we work with the following principles:
You’ll be looked after by our approachable, friendly and knowledgeable team. Our focus is on giving you advice and services based on your needs: we will not sell you anything you don’t need.
Our flexible approach means that parts can be shipped or collected from early in the morning to late in the evening, giving you the turnaround service you need. Wherever you purchased your machine, we will pull the stops out to help you.
We only ever deal in the toughest, most rugged machines to suit all your conditions and we will only ever deliver a machine to you in perfect working order.
Wherever possible we only ever use genuine parts on your machine, either from our extensive range of spare parts on the shelf, direct from the manufacturer or from our network of suppliers. If it’s no longer possible to get the part you need, we have the skills and technology to custom make the very thing or we would probably know someone who can.
Saving You Time on Problems
With our skills and combined knowledge stretching over 50 years in the industry and our network of industry contacts, there is not a problem, fault or issue we have not encountered before. We can pin point your problem accurately and efficiently, saving you time and money.
Servicing to Suit Your Needs
For total peace of mind, we normally offer you a fixed price service. If we identify an issue, you will be called immediately to inform you of the problem, how critical the problem is and the cost of carrying out the work for you. Only a small percentage of our customers that have regular fixed priced services need additional work carried out, so you can be sure we are not looking for every opportunity to charge you additional fees.

You can always take comfort in the knowledge that RT Machinery is small enough to react, but big enough to tackle your problems and you will always get what you asked for at the time agreed. We work around you so that you can get on with your business and life.
We make it our business to maintain high standards in how we work with our customers. This is through and underpinned by our membership of the BAGMA and other industry-related associations such as CLA, FCA, IOG and Lantra.

We value what you have to say. We are constantly looking to improve our services and offerings to you and will ask you for your opinions on our service so that we can keep on raising the standards you expect and deserve.
We have strict internal procedures for dealing promptly with any complaints our customers may have. If you have any complaints, comments or suggestions as to how we can improve then please email us. Your complaint will be treated fairly, confidentially and with respect.
RT Machinery will...
• Respond to your email within 1 working day and issue a reference number for future correspondence.
• Endeavour to resolve the complaint within three working days.
• Contact you on the third working day if the complaint has not been resolved to issue you with the name and telephone number of the manager dealing with your complaint.
• Contact you to apologise and provide reassurance that RT Machinery will do all it can to prevent the problem from occurring again.
