Servicing and Repair for all Makes and Models
Our service department will undertake servicing and repairs for most types of grass care machinery, utility vehicles and trailers, as long as the parts are available. Our highly-trained staff have many years of machinery maintenance experience and knowledge, ensuring that your machinery is repaired and maintained to the highest standard.
We have a fully equipped workshop to cater for all types of repair, including dedicated grinding rooms for cylinder grinding.

TRANSPARENT COSTS
You’re in control when you know what to expect.
We are totally focused on customer satisfaction and whilst there is an hourly rate formula that changes according to the type of machine and work involved, we have an expectation of delivering real value for money.
You will have full estimates before work begins, and because we have the flexibility of being able to charge in 15-minute increments, we can offer you the very best value and satisfaction for your spend. Our triage and estimating system ensure the best value, with our top techs spending their time on machine repairs and not pricing up parts or cleaning.
One of biggest problems with older machines can be opening a can of worms when we take on a machine that’s suffered a little neglect in due care and attention, but we will do our best to accurately estimate and offer solutions for you. Best bet is regular servicing and care by our team to ensure long life and less downtime.
WORKSHOP OR ON-SITE
Whatever works for you!
We can work on your machines on-site or here in our works with a full support team in place to arrange collections and delivery, recovery or site attendance if you haven’t the time or transport to get your machine to us.
We do charge for travel and mileage and a technician’s time is precious as well as expensive at the wheel, so we will always try and offer the best service with costs and best utilisation in mind. Limitations will apply depending on your distance from us. You can of course also bring your machines in – we do however ask you to book first so we’re ready for you and able to direct you to our service, goods-in, quarantine area.
We always aim to keep you informed about your machinery whilst it’s in for repair or service; this is an essential part of delivering our high level of service to you.

We are happy to appraise your fleet and provide a service plan to keep your machinery in peak condition whilst spreading your costs evenly over the year with a service contract tailored to your needs.
End of Season
Servicing and Repair
After a busy cutting season, your machinery will be subject to wear and tear and in need of maintenance. So don’t store it away until next season comes around.
Call us and arrange for your machinery to undergo a winter service/overhaul in our workshops – especially when you are not under pressure to use it. The earlier we can have your machinery the better – don’t wait until you need to use it again.
Our workshops may be fully loaded – meaning delays in servicing it in time for the new seasons’ use. Don’t forget, investing in winter maintenance will mean better reliability and fewer breakdowns, saving your running costs overall. Special offers usually available when you book early!

Spare Parts
We stock a large range of spare parts!
Our parts department stocks a large range of spare parts for our franchised products. Additional to this we have access to many more parts by order, in most cases on next day delivery. Our parts department will always try to source parts as quickly as possible, subject to availability. In many cases, we will arrange for out of stock items to be dispatched directly to you from our suppliers. We will dispatch items by royal mail or carrier.
