With Husqvarna’s new EPOS Automower® robotic technology, the mowing possibilities are made even more flexible as the need for boundary and guidewire is made obsolete. The Automower® 550 EPOS mower works without the need for physical wires and can be remotely programmed via Husqvarna Fleet Services™.

The Husqvarna Automower® will improve the quality of your lawn as you’ve never seen it before!
Husqvarna Automower® uses razor-sharp blades to cut every blade of grass little by little, resulting in a lush, green lawn that conventional blades cannot achieve. The lawn is mowed frequently, in rain and shine, producing grass clippings so small that no collection is needed. The clippings become natural fertiliser, keeping the grass lush, green and moss free.
The weather timer function adapts the time spent mowing so Husqvarna Automower® works more in periods of strong grass growth and less in dry, sunny weather. And the electric cutting height adjustment enables you to adjust the length of your grass with a simple push of a button – either on the keypad or remotely.
LOWER COSTS
Handing over the lawn care part of the workload to a robotic mower reduces your overall investment costs while freeing up time to focus on other more labour intensive tasks. Automower® robotic mowers will take care of both huge and fiddly areas, whether it’s wide stretches of lawns – like parks – or smaller pockets of grass around buildings and pathways, all requiring a minimum time for management.
Replacing manual mowing of steep slopes with robotic mowing using Husqvarna Automower® 535 AWD also eliminates the risk of accidents on slopes.
LESS EMISSIONS
Thanks to its significantly lowered CO2 emissions, using Husqvarna Automower® will help lower your overall footprint substantially. In fact, carbon emissions can be reduced to almost zero during use if the battery is charged with renewable energy. One option for this is solar charging.
Automowers® also have an extremely low noise level, down to only 58dB, so they can work day or night without disturbing anyone.

Automower® has pivoting blades that quickly fold away if they should hit an obstacle, positioned at a safe distance from the outer edge. Also lift, tilt and ultrasonic collision sensors stop it before any danger occurs.
In addition, the Automower® 500 Series all feature a commercial human-machine interface (HMI) specially adapted for use in public settings. The professional HMI, which features a START / STOP switch and LED status indicator protects against unauthorised tampering of the machine and its settings. If the robotic mower gets stolen, it’s immediately locked, an alarm goes off and the built-in GPS tracking shows the mower’s exact position.

When you invest in any 500 Series robotic mowers, you get free access to Husqvarna Fleet Services™, a digital tool allowing you – and only you – to easily monitor and control them from anywhere on your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Perfect when you want to adjust the mowing schedule or cutting height or park them before the storm arrives. And thanks to tagging, you can exert exact control over all your mowers, grouping them and issuing batch commands, directly from your smartphone app.
Want an overview of all your robotic mowers? Just check the map view. Thanks to the built-in GPS, you always know the exact location and status of every robotic mower, including service history. Just as easy as it should be.
AUTOMOWER® EPOS
Mowing Without Physical Boundaries.
Automower® EPOS does not require boundary or guide wires to define the working area. The boundary wire is replaced by a virtual boundary and GPS ensures even area coverage as well as easy movement between designated work areas, even on paved surfaces. Precise area management can include different cutting heights for separate zones and also varying cutting schedules for each zone. Installations can also be easily changed by recreating the virtual boundary, and “stay out” zones can easily be set up. Virtual boundaries allow for trouble-free ground maintenance such as aeration.
SOLAR CHARGING
In partnership with Viva Energi, Husqvarna offers a sustainable and low impact solar charge solution designed to provide 100% green energy to power your Automower®. It removes the need for a 230V mains power supply to power your installation and charge station. Ideally suited when working in remote locations where a mains power supply is not available, or when you would prefer a 100% green solution. The solar energy is stored in a battery cell, allowing the Husqvarna Automower® to operate 24 hours a day during the cutting season.
