A Roller mower with the stripe but a fully open throat for getting the grass in and out quickly and efficiently – cutting grass is all about moving the grass through the system and the CRX does that with its two leading front outer wheels and the rear roller for stripe and definition. A fine finish at a cracking price.

Options Mulch Blades, cat 1 linkage kit, 1000Rpm in lieu of 540rpm. Front mount special build for all-terrain tractors.

The launch of the Wessex CRX Series MultiCut professional turf mowers heralds the arrival of a new concept of rotary mowers onto the market. Never before has anyone produced a range of truly professional fine turf mowers that can be used as a professional roller mower with full-width rollers front and rear, a finishing mower with 4 fully castor wheels, or a combination of the two featuring castor wheels on the front and a full-width roller on the rear.

Furthermore, the CRX MultiCut mowers can be front or rear mounted thanks to the reversible linkage, can be side or rear discharge by altering the baffles beneath the deck and adding the side delivery chute, and can also offer the option of mulching.

The quality of operation in any format is not compromised by the fact that the machine is multi-functional – wherever it goes, the Wessex CRX MutiCut mower will leave the turf looking its best! Whatever your application, whatever your requirement, the CRX can be configured perfectly.

As a Roller Mower, the CRX offers similar characteristics to the well-known Wessex RMX roller mowers, which are renowned for their quality of cut and user-friendliness, but scaled down to include models suited to compact tractors from 20hp.

As a Finishing Mower, the machine still has an extremely high blade tip speed which is one of the secrets of the superb cut quality. This immediately puts the CRX Finishing Mower into a different league to other 4 wheeled finishing mowers on the market, as the cut quality will be equal to that of the roller mowers, yet you still have the increased maneuverability in awkward areas thanks to the castor wheels.

As a Combination Mower, with front castor wheels and a rear roller, the CRX is ideally suited to front mounting onto a compact tractor. The front castor wheels reduce the scuffing effect of a front mounted roller mower, whilst the rear roller will leave the prestigious striped effect on the turf. The side discharge option allows operation in conjunction with a side collection hose.
